She was born in Kavala. She studied Politics and Sociology at the LSE, London.

She taught for a decade Politics and Sociology in colleges in Athens.

Since 1999 she is a journalist specializing in health and social issues.

She has published a novella in 1996 and a novel in 2011 at To Rodakio publishing house.
